My Work Profile:
Understand how you work best, and help others understand it too
Most people know what helps them do their best work. Very few have ever been given a structured, safe way to say it out loud.
My Work Profile is a free, self-guided workplace profile that helps you name how you communicate, focus, learn and collaborate, so the people you work with can support you with confidence instead of guesswork.

Strengths-based. No diagnosis required. Yours to control.
Free · 10 to 15 minutes · Private by default

YOUR PRIVACY, YOUR CONTROL
We know that sharing how you work can feel exposing. So here is exactly how it works:
-
Your profile is not publicly searchable. It can only be accessed through your unique private share link.
-
You choose who sees it. Nothing is sent to your employer automatically.
-
No diagnosis or disclosure is required. The profile asks about practical working conditions, not personal or medical information.
-
You can update it at any time. How you work is not fixed, and neither is your profile.
When everyone completes a profile, not just neurodivergent employees, difference stops being an exception and starts being expected. That is what makes it work.
How it Works

1. Reflect Work through six areas of working life at your own pace. Prompts and examples are provided, so you are never starting from a blank page.
2. Share Your profile generates a private link and a downloadable PDF. You decide who sees it, and when.
3. Have a better conversation Use it in a one to one, at onboarding, or during a check in. It turns a difficult, vague conversation into a clear and practical one.

What will you explore?
Six areas most likely to create friction at work:
-
Communication: how you prefer to give, receive and confirm information
-
Environment: the physical and sensory conditions that help you focus
-
Wellbeing and regulation: what sustains you, and what early overload can look like
-
Learning: how you take on new information and build confidence in a task
-
Collaboration: how you work best with others, in meetings and in teams
-
Feedback: how you like to receive input, and what makes it useful
What is it not?
Not a diagnosis. Not a personality test. Not a performance assessment.
My Work Profile is not about labels or limitations. It is about the practical conditions that help you do good work.
How is it different?
Traditional workplace assessments tend to sort people into categories. My Work Profile does the opposite. It focuses on practical workplace success: how you communicate, learn, collaborate and perform at your best.

It has been refined over years of real world use, shaped by neuroinclusive coaching with employees and the managers who support them. We use it inside Little Neuroinclusion Agency too, because we practise what we teach.

A profile only works if the conversation that follows it works too.
We support organisations to roll out My Work Profile across teams, with manager briefings, conversation guidance, and practical support for turning profiles into everyday practice. It is a low cost, high signal first step toward a more neuroinclusive workplace.
